from your partner. 150 different subtle and not so subtle forms of disrespect are identified and a complete program is presented to identify the self-esteem abusers, internal and external and rid yourself of them. The seminar also addresses verbal, emotional and physical abuse and domestic violence. At the same time, 75 self-respect builders are identified and presented.This seminar is a guaranteed empowerment, self-esteem and assertiveness raiser. Boundaries, limits, boundary setting, boundary enforcement, and the power of "NO" are discussed with rules and guidelines.
